An International Architecture and Design Practice focused on creating unique, livable spaces through informed decision making, innovation and leading technology
Our roots in the vibrant city of Sao Paulo have instilled in us a deep understanding of sustainable design principles and the importance of creating spaces that are both functional and environmentally responsible.
With a presence now in New York, we have expanded our horizons, blending this knowledge with the exploration of technological capabilities for project and process optimization.
With a diverse portfolio of projects that spans across oceans, we take a holistic approach to each project, considering the unique needs of each location and culture, to create truly innovative and unique spaces.

Victor B. Ortiz
Master in Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Cornell University, with a Merit Scholarship and a 4.0 GPA.
Graduated from the Department of Architecture and Urban Design at Mackenzie University with a Best Graduation Project award and a nomination to the Opera Prima Award.
Registered Architect by CAU, Brazil.
In 2021, won the "Emerging Architect of the Year" from the Global Architect Builder Awards.
Renata Leinemann B. W.
Kellog MBA + MS in Design Innovation (MMM) Candidate
Graduated from the Department of Architecture and Urban Design at Mackenzie University with an honorable mention from the Architects Council (CAU).
Registered Architect by CAU, Brazil.
Prize winner at the BeeBreeders (Archhives) Portable Reading Room Competition.
